Magic Rampage is a 2D-3D adventure role playing game. The stage-to-stage style reminds me of Mario (except with less map fluidity). My character meets soldiers along the way to uncovering the mysteries of the castle siege.

There are many different pieces of equipment and items to collect throughout the game. Elemental equipment is key to progressing through Magic Rampage fully (and successfully). Each partnership unlocks features of the story and clears background information of newer characters. New characters help unlock treasure chests and secret areas.

Survival mode is a great way to make coins and items. Monsters spawn and every ten kills merits a reward. Coin drops from the monsters and items appear in the middle of the screen after every consecutive tenth kill (ten, twenty, thirty, etc.).

I like the graphics and infusion of the story within the graphics. The music and sound effects are interesting. The Gameplay is similar to Mario. I enjoy playing MR. I'm looking forward to a multi-player. I may re-iterate the importance of multiplayer in games. Bioshock Two has one of the best multiplayer systems- and I don't think a lot of game developers realize the connection a player can have with a multiplayer aspect of their game.

I'm not saying the days of single - non-online games with amazing stories should not exist. I enjoy playing games I enjoy with other gamers. Bioshock Two appeals more to me than other Bioshocks- because of the multiplayer aspect, which draws me away from playing Bethesda's Oblivion for a time. If the multi-player has a story as well, then, my goodness!
If you're looking to embark on a Magic Rampage: you're in the right place.
Onward and Upward,
